Basketball, volleyball, aerobics, spin classes, daycare, martial arts, palates, yoga -- you name it and GYM FLEX can accommodate it. Its heavy gauge surface structure, the highest density in the market, makes it stronger than all synthetic tile floors in its class.
Resilient flooring is key to reducing injuries to today's hard playing athletes. GYM FLEX™ Gym Court is a high impact polypropylene copolymer material installed over a 4 mm rubber pad, creating resilience in the playing surface.
With 16 stock colors to choose from, containing no fillers or additives, the result is pure, solid color through the top surface that is easy to clean and maintain. Its no wax finish reduces visibility of marks and skid marks, and therefore, maintenance. This incredibly durable surface provides the highest performance-to-price ratio in its class. GYM FLEX is an economical, low maintenance or maintenance free solution to expensive hardwood floors, affording many benefits:
- Highest weight per square inch than any other modular flooring

Maple Flex™ Flooring
MAPLE FLEX™ has the playability and feel of hardwood, yet it outperforms and costs less.
- No risk of mildew or bacterial buildup - MAPLE FLEX™ has been water tested, fully submerged for 100 hours, and will not delaminate, fade or change in any way. Concrete moisture will not affect the product as air movement is allowed under the tile due to our unique arched wall support structure.
- No restriction on footwear - Running shoes, dress shoes, boots, high heels, or tap shoes are all acceptable.
- No repair hassles - Tiles can be changed in a matter of seconds at the cost of the single tiles needed to effect the repair. Never requires special cleaners, sanding, stripping, coating or finishing!
- No limit to its uses - Gymnasiums, aerobic studios, in-home gyms, commercial applications, conference rooms, dance halls, etc. Multi-sport versatility, basketball, volleyball, badminton.
MAPLE FLEX™ has a 1.2 mm Formica floor laminate top over the existing 4 mm thick surface, making it the thickest wear layer in the industry. This incredibly durable surface is extremely scratch and scuff resistant. Its high shock absorption reduces the risk of serious injury from falls, and its versatility gives it the advantage of being completely portable. MAPLE FLEX can be installed and removed in a fraction of the time it would take to do the same with a conventional, portable hardwood system.
